Voyages to Jamestown

The Virginia Company of London commissioned captains of ships to make voyages to the colony of Virginia. An example is, on 24 August 1621, Captain Arthur Guy and Nicholas Norburnes were to make a voyage to Virginia and transport 100 persons. Sometimes, the passenger list was as few as 53 persons as during the year of 1620 many transports were sent to Jamestown.

Virginia Pioneers is currently gathering information as to the names of the first settlers.
